1921 Tequila Añejo
1921 Tequila Añejo is produced from 100% Blue Weber estate
grown agave. Our Añejo is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. Filtered twice through a state of the art gravitational filtration system and aged for 12 months in new American Oak barrels.
Appearance:
Yellowish, shiny amber color, a result of its careful aging in charred white oak barrels, with legs that descend without haste to the bottom of the glass.
Nose:
Distinguishable smoothness, outstanding balance and sweetness, exquisite fruity and chocolate aromas overlying the alcohol, combined with a pleasant wood tone.
Palate/Taste:
Complex; rich and varied sensations, both in mouthfeel experience and aromas. Smooth, refined and sweet with great emphasis on dry fruits and wood with a long and pleasant finish.
Body:
Exceptional smoothness, seductively conquers the tongue.
