This Cava is a traditional blend of 40% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo, and 30% Parellada. Light straw in color with hints of gold, you are greeted by the sweet aromas of pineapple and apple. the body will carry a nice, fresh acid that carries into a lingering finish.
