100% Albariño from a selection of very low-yielding old vines planted at the foot of our winery, trained on the high pergola system typical of the O’Rosal sub-zone.

If anything defines the Ruiz family, it is their passion for wine. A legacy inherited from a family dynasty that goes back to Rosa’s great-grandfather, Ángel, who made wine at the end of the 19th Century. A tradition that her father professionalised, when in the 1980s, after retiring, he founded a small winery next to the family home in San Miguel de Tabagón, O Rosal.
