Cocuy Saroche embodies the essence of Venezuelan tradition, crafted from Agave Cocui Trelease, a plant endemic to Venezuela. As the country’s first single-estate agave spirit, it blends artisanal excellence, respect for terroir, and a deep commitment to sustainability.

A legacy of craftsmanship. Since 1948, three generations have perfected the art of Cocuy production, passing down their knowledge and passion. Nestled near Cerro Saroche National Park, our family-owned estate reflects Venezuela’s natural and cultural richness. We work closely with local communities, supporting their economy by helping them cultivate pineapples alongside our agaves — so that every bottle reflects the unique properties of Venezuelan soil.
