INGREDIENTS

50ml El Dorado 3 Year Old
25ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup

METHOD

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with lime wedge.

Laid down in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour, resulting in a spirit that is incredibly smooth and versatile.

Perfect for mixing cocktails.
