Carlos Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS

6 cl. Carlos I

1 cl. simple syrup

3 drops of Angostura Bitter

1 slice of orange

ELABORATION

Combine Carlos I, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and double strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. 

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a slice of orange.
