Mata Hari Absinthe

Mata Hari is an Austrian Absinthe made in Vienna according to a 125-year-old family recipe. Not a classic Absinthe, it has an unconventional taste of violet, clove and cinnamon. Mata Hari is also anise-free.

The taste is rather characterized by a sweetish, very interesting violet note (similar to the Absinthe “Green Fairy”). The recipe also contains some Christmassy spices like cinnamon and clove. Its green colour is natural, i.e. herbs and seeds are used for colouring. This Absinthe is something special. You just have to try it. Due to its anise-free recipe Mata Hari Absinthe is also suitable as a mixer with Cola or Red Bull. You will see, these drinks are quite powerful, drink responsibly.
